Customer Sharing: Rice Bran + ABC Soup 活米糠意外的惊喜：分享米糠+ABC汤

ABC soup is very nutritious. It is healthier and tastes even better by adding a rice bran bag into it. It’s very simple to cook: Fry rice bran with low fire but remember not to overcook it. Then put rice bran in a tea bag and it’s ready to serve. 

ABC soup recipe:
ingredients: one rice bran tea bag, carrot cubes, one corn, 2 potatoes, 2 tomatoes, onion cut in half, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 pieces of ginger, 300g mutton or spare ribs.

Seasoning: Adequate amount of sea salt, one tablespoon of rice wine.  Wait until DIAMOND water to boil before putting in rice bran tea bag and other ingredients. Cook all with high fire volume for 10 minutes then low fire for 2 hours. It’s ready to serve after adding some seasonings. You may try to cook the soup for 35 minutes using a pressure cooker.

材料：米糠一包，罗卜一条切块，玉蜀切块1条，马玲薯2粒，番茄2粒，洋葱一粒切开，祘米3办，羌2片，素羊肉或排骨300g。

调味 ：海盐适量，（花调一汤匙）先把Diamond水煮开才下米糠一包及材料，大火煲十分钟，改小火煲2个钟。加入调味即可 ，如用汽圧锅可试35分钟。
